Challenge: The challenge of this self-learning module was to train newly recruited employees through different Case Studies.
How we solved: We designed a highly Interactive game for the newly recruited employees. Each module of the program had a different concept, based upon a theme that was analogous to the material being taught. It was aimed on the philosophy of edutainment through our special methodology of eLtouch.
