Project: Telephone Etiquettes
Challenge: An interactive learning program was required by WTC, the leading telecom company to train their customer call executives about telephone skills.
How we solved: Our team gave a learning solution to WTC in the format of an interactive learning course based on the different telephone skills vital for the professionals. The course was divided into two levels: Basic and Advanced; primarily to ease the learners into the vast learning objectives. The program’s design was aimed at practice and perfect, so a thorough assessment was also made after each level. A certain amount of score was necessary for the learners at the basic level to be able to access the advanced level. This ensured our promise of interactive learning to be effective.
